Each personalized video sent to a lead counts as one video credit. The initial talking-head recording you make is free — it's only the composited, personalized output videos that count against your limit.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher limits. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my video limit?

Your active campaigns will pause until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue sending immediately.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — save 20% with annual billing. Starter is $79/mo, Pro is $199/mo, and Scale is $799/mo when billed annually.

Is there a free plan?

We offer a 14-day free trial with 25 video credits on every plan. No credit card required to start. You can send real personalized videos during your trial.

Do I need my own Zoom account?

Yes. Cast sends videos via Zoom Clips using your connected Zoom account. This ensures high deliverability since the emails come from Zoom's infrastructure. You'll need at least one Zoom account per workspace.
